 It started with a question of  what can help our city grow in a healthy  way ?  Then came the vision of a event that would bring the people of El Paso together to share space to promote inner peace, CELEBRATE health , spirit and goodness. 

 

 Carly and Angela both have the background experience in yoga , meditation and promotional events. They wanted to challenge them selves in doing something new and never done before in their home town , so they set off to create a spiritual and health focused event. Sunrise Yoga Festival  was born and has brought many hundreds of like minded people together. 

 

 With the help of outstanding yoga, and meditation teachers El Paso has something truly unique. Participant leave with knowledge , and a deep curiosity to connect within as well become involved with the community. "We see studios grow and smiles on people's faces."

 "Our mission is to educate our people and surrounding cities. To inform them on various forms of healing arts, local studios and what they offer to help healing , and maintain a healthy lifestyle. One that feels good on the inside and not just the out side. The goal is to bring everyone to one place to celebrate harmony, spiritual and physical wellness. Preventative, Restorative self-care. Expanding the belief that Yoga is only for some and to show that it is accessible to all and there is many ways to have a mindful practice. " Angela

  Sunrise Yoga Festival is a evolving event growing along the side of the consciousness that is changing in El Paso and Juarez. With the years it has been able to offer more access to workshops not only on yoga but music sound therapy , breath work , scared movement and much more.
